Virtual Class Schedule

Many gymnastics gyms do not teach through hands-on spotting – but instead, they use many, many drills. (Think Simone Biles and Gabby Douglas! The majority of their skills were taught and perfected through drills alone!) During every class, we’ll focus on a warm-up, conditioning, drills and flexibility. Cheer and dance will continue learning their skills and routines virtually as well. Ninjas will focus on agility, balance, and strength. We have been preparing for this for many weeks, done tons of research and consulted with many other gyms across the U.S. and Canada to provide the absolute best virtual curriculum available.
