Is there any long-term commitment?


No, All of our classes and tuition are monthly. If you start class in the middle of the month. We prorate your fee.




Is there a Membership fee?


There is an annual membership fee of $39 per family.




Do I have to be on autopay?


Yes, but you can pay your bill multiple ways, you just have to have your credit card on file. If you pay your bill by the 25th of the month prior to the next billing cycle your credit card will not be charged. It just makes it easy for you.




Can my child take a trial class?


Tumble Shine Athletics offers a $29 trial month. Fill out the trial form on our website and we will help you find the perfect class.




Do you offer a multiple class discount?


For every class that your child enrolls in after their first, we offer a 25% discount.




Do you offer a discount if I am enrolling more than one child?


Yes, for every child you enroll after your first, you will receive a $10 discount on the first sibling and $15 off each additional sibling.




How often do classes meet?


All classes meet once a week, however, we strongly encourage you to sign up for at least twice per week. Students progress much faster taking more than once per week and we give you a discount, too!




What should my child wear to class?


Students are to wear their level appropiate shirt/ leotard to class along with non-slip socks or Tumbling shoes. Hair should be pulled back in a pony tail and no jewlery should be worn.




How will I know if my child is progressing?


Each class has a list of skills/progressions that your child will work on in class. Upon receiving a skill you will receive an email updating you of your child’s progress!




Do you offer Private Lessons?


Yes, our instructors do private lessons. You can set up a private lesson by calling customer experience team. 859-800-2872 or by submitting the private request form found under parent tool box.




What is the Drop Policy?


We do require a 30 day drop notice. Please fill out the Class Drop Form. Your child will remain enrolled in class unless this form is completed. The Class Drop Form is also located under the “Parent Toolbox” Tab on our website.




What is the waitlist policy?


1. Our staff monitors the wait-list report on a daily basis 2. Our goal is to get you off of the wait-list ASAP 3. If YOU are on a wait-list our customer experience team will contact you as soon as an opening is available. 4. YOU will have 24 hours to respond either Yes ENROLL me or NO do not enroll me. 5. If you do not respond within 24 hours we will REMOVE you from the wait-list so we can offer it to the next person on the list.




Do you offer make-up classes?


To request a Makeup Class please fill our The Makeup Request Form. Makeup policy: Active students who are currently enrolled and miss a class due to illness, emergency, or snow day MAY MAKE UP ONE (1) CLASS within a 30 day period in any class of the same level that has openings.There will be no makeups for holiday closures.




What is the inclement Weather Policy?


In some cases of inclement weather, it is necessary for Tumble Shine to adjust or cancel classes and practices. Please review the following policies, to see what guides our decision making. Providing a safe training environment is very important to us, and these steps are in place to provide a clear understanding how we do that. We do NOT follow any particular public school closing. Decision based off:

  • Road conditions during winter season.
  • Temperatures at or above 93 degrees inside the gym during summer season.
Decision will be announced by:
  • 8:30am for morning & daytime offerings
  • 2:30pm for after-school & evening offerings
We will notify you in the following ways:
  • Email notification
  • Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
  • Team Communications:
  • Team Parents group text
Make-up or Rescheduling options:
  • Classes – student will be eligible to make up this class in next 30 days.
  • Team Practices – this will be a case by case basis, when possible, coaches will try to reschedule.
