Memorial Day Weekend & Making Memories Together

Memorial Day weekend always feels like the unofficial start of summer. ☀️
For many families, it’s filled with cookouts, sunshine, outdoor games, family gatherings, and slowing down just enough to spend quality time together.
As a mom, I’ve learned that some of the moments kids remember most are actually the simple ones.
Running through the backyard.
Laughing with cousins.
Playing outside until dark.
Family movie nights.
Water balloons.
Ice cream runs.
Board games around the kitchen table.
Those little moments become big memories.
At Tumble Shine, we talk a lot about confidence, friendships, and staying active — but family time matters just as much too. Kids thrive when they feel connected, encouraged, and surrounded by people who love them.
This Memorial Day weekend, I encourage families to slow down a little and truly enjoy time together.
And while we celebrate the fun and excitement of summer beginning, we also want to pause and remember the true meaning of Memorial Day — honoring the brave men and women who sacrificed so much for our country and our freedoms.
From our Tumble Shine family to yours, we hope your weekend is filled with laughter, love, and meaningful memories. 💙
Please note that Tumble Shine will be CLOSED Monday, May 25th for classes, camps, and practices.
