🕒 Time: 3:00–4:00 PM

🎀 Ages: 3.5 to 14

✔️ High-energy warm-ups and stretching

✔️ Learn basic motions, jumps, and a mini routine

✔️ Fun games, team-building, and confidence boosters

✔️ Meet our amazing coaches and potential teammates!

No experience? No problem. We LOVE first-timers and shy kiddos. The goal of this clinic is to have fun, try something new, and show your child that they’re capable of SO much more than they think.
