As both a mom and coach, I’ve seen firsthand how much children grow during the summer months when they stay involved in activities like tumbling, cheer, ninja, and summer camp.
It’s not just about learning new skills — it’s about confidence, friendships, routine, and keeping kids mentally and physically engaged.
When athletes take the entire summer off, it can sometimes feel like they’re starting over in the fall. Strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence all need consistency to continue growing.
